Welcome Oliver!

A New Little Nugget

Oliver the goat makes 8. We’re a full house now! We have a whole gaggle of raucous, fun-loving, goofy goats. Oliver was brought here, rather than to the slaughter truck, after a school farming program ended. We find a lot of young veterinarians try desperately to find homes for their goats at the end of the program. Oliver arrived with a cough. He's being treated for that now. He also had never seen any other type of animal than a goat - having been raised from birth in a school barn. Wide-eyed doesn't quite explain the look on his face when he saw our many gigantic horses. It took weeks for him stop staring up at them like aliens had landed. Now, he frolics among them.
